What is Needed for an Eligibility Assessment

To assess whether your company qualifies for open funding programmes, we will need the following information:

Company Information

  • Company name and registration number
  • Enterprise category (micro, small, medium or large)
  • Main economic activity (NACE code)
  • Date of company registration
  • Location of business activity (region and city)

Financial Data

  • Annual reports for the last 3 financial years (revenue, expenses, balance sheet)
  • Average annual net sales revenue
  • Number of employees (average headcount)
  • Information about related enterprises and partners (if applicable)

Project Idea Description

  • Brief description of the planned investment or innovation
  • Expected project value and required funding
  • Type of expenses (equipment, software, R&D, construction, etc.)
  • Expected results and benefits for the business

Additional Information

  • State aid or de minimis received in the last 3 years
  • Previous participation in EU funding programmes
  • Existing certificates, patents or trademarks
